10 Dangerous Assumptions Christians Make

1.     If the mainstream media hasn’t told us about something, then it must not be important.
Actually, a small number of powerful people control most of the mainstream media in every country, and these people use the media for propaganda and misleading the masses. They are called the Illuminati, which means the “enlightened ones.” (For more information, seeBrotherhoods and Secret Societies.) Therefore, alternate information sources are essential today to keep up with what’s really going on, especially as we live in an age of exponentially increasing information. Psalm 1:1a says, "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly." Hosea 4:6 says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” A few good information sources arewww.stevequayle.com, www.standeyo.com, www.kingworldnews.com and www.infowars.com
2.     Most of modern history is random and not conspiratorial.
Actually, much of history is conspiratorial, and this is proven in the Bible. Conspiracies were made against kings, prophets, Jesus and Paul. Since TV became widespread in the 20th century, conspiracies have become more and more common, as outright killing and stealing will usually not gain popular support. Thus, it is practical to consider the validity and implications of important conspiracy theories. Jesus Christ told us to not be deceived (Mt. 24:4). The Apostle Paul told us to “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.” (1 Thessalonians 5:21)
3.     Most of the world leaders are trying to do their best and will solve the world’s problems through their collective intelligence.
The Bible says that all the kingdoms of the world are under the power of the devil (Luke 4:6), and in the end of this age a global dictator will arise and be empowered by Satan and will make war against the saints (2 Thessalonians 2:2-12; Revelation 12 & 13). Man’s own sinful nature is also against him. God offered a utopia in the Garden of Eden, but Adam and Eve disobeyed and lost it. In Israel, when God gave the people a good law and a land of their own, they were promised indefinite prosperity and peace if they obeyed and followed Him alone, but they rebelled and were exiled. Thus, although good men come up with some good, intelligent solutions to some problems, they cannot solve the problems of sin and Satan. Satan will usually ensure that good solutions are not implemented adequately or at all. He also ensures that his men get the primary positions of power at the top of the world's governments, scientific research organizations, religious institutions, businesses, media, etc. Only when Jesus Christ returns and sets up his 1000 years millenial reign will the world's problems be solved. First, we must pass through suffering and tribulation and bad leadership.
4.     The current fiat money and paper asset paradigm is honest and will continue indefinitely.
Actually, the current global monetary system is under God’s judgment, because it is dishonest. It is not based on gold or silver but on debt, so as the value of currencies goes down, the powerful bankers and governments steal people’s savings through currency debasement and inflation. This is an abomination to God (Proverbs 11:1). 5.     Trying to understand how the devil works through the Illuminati is unimportant or a waste of time.
Actually, most of the world’s elite are members of the Illuminati. According to a former Illuminati member, Doc Marquis, the Illuminati today have about 7 million members worldwide, and they all serve Lucifer. They are taught how to work with him and his demons to obtain their goals in life, and they are strongly opposed to Christians. They are liars and deceivers, and they are working hard to promote the agenda of their god, Lucifer, whom they call the great architect. They are actually a driving force behind most wars, drug trafficking, funding for abortions, erosion of good morals, currency debasement, financial indebtedness, media deception and distraction, breakdown of families and the home, decline in the quality of education, contamination of water and food, etc.
6.     All the Nazis of the Third Reich were killed or stopped.
Actually, many Nazi scientists were taken to the US in Operation Paperclip to secret research facilities to continue their work. Some were also strategically placed in high US government positions to set up a Fourth Reich, which is rapidly taking over much of the world through the New World Order. Their goals are world domination and the establishment of Luciferean religion. According to Doc Marquis, they also want to reduce the world’s population by about one half to two thirds through wars, abortions, vaccines and epidemics. For more information about the Fourth Reich, see The Rise of the Fourth Reich and 25 Signs That America Is Rapidly Becoming More Like Nazi Germany.
7.     Christians in modern cosmopolitan cities will never be persecuted.
Actually, Jesus said that before the greatest earthquakes, famines, pestilences occur and fearful sights in the heavens appear, His followers will be persecuted and some killed (Luke 21:11-19) Also, Paul told Timothy that all people who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. (2 Timothy 3:12).
8.     Christians can expect to be raptured out of this world before all the events of Revelation 6-18 come upon the earth.
Although this is a possibility, the Apostle Paul said that this would not happen until the last trump (1 Corinthians 15:51,52), and the Apostle John said wrote that the mystery of God would be complete at the sounding of the 7th trumpet (Revelation 10:7). The mystery is probably the Church Age, when Gentiles have been able to be part of the Kingdom of God. After that, the focus of God’s plan will go back to the Jews. (See also Romans 11). Thus, Christians today would be wise to prepare for hard times like Noah and Joseph did (Hebrews 11:7, Genesis 41:46-49). This can include storage of food, gold, silver, water purification filters and supplies. The goal is to prepare spiritually, mentally and physically to “endure to the end” (Matthew 24:13).
9.     Christians are not susceptible to curses and can’t have demons.
Exodus 20:5 says that God visits the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Him. This means that whenever we or our parents, our grandparents or great grandparents sin (idolatry, seeking a fortune teller, sexual sin, abortion, stealing, etc.), we are cursed and provide a legal ground for a demon to enter us. Thus, it is important to not only renounce and repent of our own sins, but also repent of our ancestors’ sins and formally and explicitly break all curses. This is necessary to appropriate Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross to each specific curse (Galatians 3:7, 13,14). Then, it is possible to begin casting out our demons. Although most Christians don’t know they have demons, it is very important that they ask the Lord to show them what is there and then pray and fast. (See Matthew 17:21.) Then, they can command them to leave by the authority of Jesus Christ. Jesus called this “the children’s bread” in Mt. 15:26. It is a special privilege to kick out these squatters and troublemakers, and every Christian has the authority and responsibility to do so. (For more information, see Deliverance From Curses and Demons.)

10.  All Christians will go to heaven.
Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” From this we can see the importance of obeying all of Jesus’ commands. Although salvation is by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8,9), obedience is required as evidence of saving faith. Today, around 2 billion people claim to be Christian, but many only go to church because it is their tradition. Some go for personal benefits in this life. At the same time, there is a merging of religions taking place around the world. This is sometimes called the Emerging Church Movement. The idea is to forget all our differences and just try to be in agreement with everyone, even if that means tolerating ideas and actions that are against Jesus and the Bible. The Apostle John wrote in 1 John 4:1-3, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confessed not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”
